Danita Haysom, B.Ed., MBA, CPHR

Danita’s 25 years of talent management experience has involved creating methodologies, tools and approaches for blue chip clients from Yellowknife to Houston, and Halifax to Sacramento. After years in senior leadership roles within global consulting firms providing thought leadership, strategy and solutions for large scale transformation projects, Danita sought to design a consulting model and methodology that aligns with her business philosophy and values. Danita walks the learning talk; she’s a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), and holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Education, and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Communications.

Maxine Clarke, BCom, MSOD

Maxine’s 17 years of organization development experience as a consultant, senior manager, and coach has significantly enhanced the capacity of individuals, teams, and organizations.  Maxine has worked with organizations within Canada and internationally to strengthen their capacity through designing learning and change methodologies, tools, and processes as well as building the leadership and team capability to bring them to life. Maxine sought to apply her love of both business and psychology to co-creating a consulting model that is modern, human-centred, and delivers clear results. A lifelong learner, Maxine holds a Bachelor or Commerce and Master of Science in Organizational Development and is certified as an Associate Certified Coach and Project Management Professional.

Who We Are: Team

Rob brings more than two decades of dynamic instructional design, digital learning experience development, and production & content creation experience. He works with learners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at every level of the organization to analyze learning needs, identify skill and performance gaps and then design, develop, and implement innovative learning experiences that result in meaningful change for the individual contributors and for the benefit of the organization. When not creating digital learning experiences, Rob likes to hike, ride his bicycle, book, and contribute to local amateur theatre.
